Thursday 8pm - 9pm Everyone Active Watford Woodside: This evening class is both flowing and dynamic, and still rooted in the principles of Dru. I usually begin each class with pranayama (breathing practice) followed by some gentle warm-ups to prepare your muscles for the yoga poses to follow.
