I have found yoga, especially Dru Yoga, to be really helpful when dealing with everyday stresses and demands. Because of yoga I am so much happier and more at peace with myself than I have ever been before in my life, so I would love to share this sense of peace and joy with all of you.
I especially love practising Dru EBR sequences, whenever possible outdoors. They are excellent after a long run in the park to cool down the body and stretch the muscles. These sequences are gentle flowing movements but they are really potent in that they enable you to connect not only with your physical body, but also with your breath, emotions and thoughts. You will feel calm, positive and empowered after practising these sequences.
